Bruce Dobson and Corinne Dobson started Dobson Excavations 1998, as a family Owned and Operated Earthmoving/Excavation business, their son Aaron Dobson has worked alongside his father Bruce for over 10 years, gaining great knowledge and experience from his father, due to an unexpected and unknown illness Bruce Dobson passed away suddenly in December 2025, leaving his son Aaron Dobson and his mother Corinne Dobson, to take over the running of the business.
Corinne still is the manager and Owner, running the office side and Aaron still operates all the machinery and trucks for all the site works, this business will stay as a Family run and NT operated business for years to come, in the hope it will be one day, handed down to each generation for the memory of Bruce Maxwell Dobsons legacy to live on through them.
We are a NT family-owned and operated earthmoving and construction business which has been reliably in operation for over two decades, servicing the greater Darwin region within Northern Territory. With an extensive fleet of machinery, our services accommodate for domestic, commercial and rural site preparations ranging from small jobs such as tight access or limited space to larger projects such as Land clearing, Fire breaks, pool and spa removals, shed pads, water tank pads etc.
